SWIFT OPTIMIZATION SOLUTIONS REMOTE SUPPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Swift Optimization Solutions, a joint venture between Neuro-Insight and BCM Technical Solutions, specializes in providing remote support services on an on-demand basis. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Back up your data files and software: You are responsible for backing up all data files, information, and software (collectively “Data”) stored on your device before the commencement of any remote support services. Swift Optimization Solutions can provide data backup services under our usual service rates in advance of performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizations, provided you have an external drive to back up to. This ensures the safety of your Data during the service process.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL SWIFT OPTIMIZATION SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DISCLOSURE, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA, DEVICE, OR STORAGE DEVICE.
Services and fees: Swift Optimization Solutions offers a variety of remote support services, details of which and the associated fees are listed on our website at www.s-os.net. The first hour of service is entirely billable, and we pro-rate by the minute after the first hour to ensure fair and transparent billing for our clients.
You acknowledge and agree that in some instances, Swift Optimization Solutions may be unable to perform repairs or services due to the pre-existing conditions of your device, such as defects or failures in any software, data, or computer hardware components.
Swift Optimization Solutions reserves the right to refrain from providing any or all of the service if the technical needs or other requirements are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of typical on-demand service as reasonably determined by Swift Optimization Solutions.
Software and software licenses: In setting up or repairing a device, Swift Optimization Solutions supports a wide variety of applications depending on the technician you will work with. If you require support for specific software, please request this, and if possible, it will be provided. Our approach is tailored to meet your needs with the utmost flexibility and expertise.
